Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Greater Lafayette provides a full range of medical services to treat our residents living with us as well as our patients who come for short-term, episodic medical, or rehabilitative care. As a Transitional Care Center, we strive to assist our patients and residents with their transition to the next level -- whether that is home, assisted living or long-term care.
